It is required a in-depth knowledge of the discipline of joint-stock companies as well as of the legislation on State-owned companies.
The research will be aimed to:
The analysis of the new provisions for State-owned companies, with special attention to corporate governance issues, to the problems of interpretation generated by the recent Consolidation Act (Legislative Decree No. 175/2016), and to the problems of coordination with the general legislative framework. The analysis will also be carried on with special attention to the comparison with different legislative systems, and will have its primary focus on the relationship between the public shareholder and the board of directors.
Eligible candidates are required to possess one of following titles/qualifications:
- PhD’s (or equivalent foreign qualification) in all relevant sectors of expertise
- Post-graduate (medical field) with an suitable number/quality of publications
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree obtained within the Italian pre-reform 4-year university course system, issued by an Italian University or an equivalent foreign institution PLUS scientific professional certification of research experience, for a period of at least two (2) years.
Failure to comply with the afore-mentioned provisions will result in exclusion from the competition.
