Applicants must meet the conditions prescribed by the Act on Scientific Activity and Higher Education (Official Gazette, No. 119/22), the Statute of the University of Zagreb, and the Statute of the Faculty of Croatian Studies.

The application deadline is 30 days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette (Narodne novine).

Applications must include the applicant’s full name and the note: “Application – July 2025”, and should be submitted exclusively via email to: dekanov.ured@fhs.hr. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.
Applicants will be informed of the results via the email address provided in the application.

Required Documentation:

• A hand-signed application letter stating the applicant’s:
  full name, date and place of birth, residential address, phone/mobile number, and email address;
• A hand-signed curriculum vitae (CV);
• Proof of citizenship (foreign applicants must provide proof of Croatian language proficiency at level C1);
• Copies of all diplomas and certificates confirming the fulfilment of requirements and eligibility for any priority rights;
• A hand-signed report on the applicant’s previous scientific, teaching, and professional activities, including participation in academic and professional conferences;

Note:
The Faculty of Croatian Studies will collect and process personal data for the purposes of conducting this recruitment process, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

Application documentation and personal data of the applicants will be stored for six (6) months from the conclusion of the recruitment process, or, in the event of legal or similar proceedings, until the end of such proceedings. After this period, the documentation will be destroyed, unless the applicant requests to collect their materials before disposal.

Applicants who, under special regulations, claim the right of priority in employment must expressly state this right in their application and must enclose all documents prescribed by the relevant regulations to exercise this right. Such applicants shall be given priority over other candidates under equal conditions.
