• Master's degree in Japanese studies or linguistics

• Specialization: ethnolinguistics, applied linguistics, cognitive linguistics, study of relationships

between language and culture.

• very good knowledge of the Japanese language as well as the culture and reality of contemporary Japan.

• a minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching Japanese at a university and

• documented good attitude towards the student

• experience in conducting Japanese language courses (including intensive courses)

• experience in conducting Japanese language courses with the language of instruction. English

• experience in the procedure of certifying language proficiency at A2 levels,

B1, B2

• experience in preparing exam tests

• fluent knowledge of Polish and very good knowledge of English and

Russian

The competition is the first stage specified in the Statute of the University of Warsaw for the recruitment procedure as an academic teacher, and its positive resolution is the basis for further proceedings.

Documents will be accepted at the Dean's Office of the Faculty of Oriental Studies at the University of Warsaw 09.00-16.00 except Saturdays and public holidays or by email to: e.szczerkowska@uw.edu.pl until June 11, 2023.

The competition will be resolved by June 26, 2023.
