It is not only the internationally mobile researchers themselves who need networks, but those who advise and support them at institutions of higher education and research in Germany, too. In the context of the EU-wide project EURAXESS - Researchers in Motion, the National Coordination Point of EURAXESS Germany at the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation provides a platform for researcher advisors.

Decentral EURAXESS Workshop 2010
The National Coordination Point for EURAXESS Germany is launching a pilot project: research advisers who are registered with EURAXESS Germany can apply to hold a workshop for the national EURAXESS network at their own university location. The pilot project offers members of the national network the opportunity to introduce their own ideas and initiatives for running the event. The workshop will take place on 9 and 10 December 2010 at the Freie Universität Berlin.

Universities and research institutions in Germany where there are special partners for internationally mobile researchers to contact and which would like to feature in the EURAXESS project may register as EURAXESS Services Centres.
